At the start of this change, you may have experienced a brief service interruption of up to 3 minutes due to unforeseen behavior while applying the configuration changes. The Thales Engineering and Incident Response teams have reviewed the situation and concluded that no further disruptions will occur due to this change. Any subsequent issues should be considered separate and we encourage you to follow the regular process by contacting the SafeNet Trusted Access Client Services team at technical.support@gemalto.com.

The TLS 1.2 enforcement cut-over has been completed. Thales technical teams are closely monitoring the environment over the next day to ensure system stability.

As planned and previously communicated, we will update our security policies to support only TLS 1.2 for all client-server communication to STA. This should not interrupt service availability. This change will not impact any existing TLS sessions. TLS 1.2 will be enforced for all new connection/communication made to STA once the policy change is made.
