Enrollment and Allocation tests are now consistently passing. The incident response team is conducting further testing and monitoring the system to ensure complete service restoration and continued stability.

If all testing and monitoring is passed, this incident will be resolved.

The Thales incident response team is continuing to investigate, however, have discovered that Token Allocation and Enrollment may not be globally affected.

They are currently working towards diagnosis and resolution and will provide updates within the next thirty minutes if not sooner as details become available.
