We will perform a disruptive maintenance on Saturday, October 16, 2021 starting 5:00 AM UTC until 6:00 AM UTC (1 hour). During that time, the SafeNet Trusted Access (STA) service will not be available.
During this 1-hour maintenance, the service will not be available. We will update this status dashboard as the maintenance progresses. The service will resume full operation after the maintenance is complete.
Our team is using this maintenance period to test preparations for the Next Generation Cloud Infrastructure (NGCI) project going live on October 30, 2021. You do not need to make any changes to your STA environment for this maintenance on October 16th.
As previously communicated in the STA Newsletter and emails, Thales launched the Next Generation Cloud Infrastructure (NGCI) project that provides the foundations for future service growth. The NGCI project will go live on October 30, 2021 and thereafter all the STA virtual servers will be running on our unified cloud infrastructure.
To ensure continued access to STA, you may need to complete changes to your STA environment *before* the go-live date of October 30, 2021. In a few weeks, we will announce the schedule of the disruptive maintenance on this status dashboard for the NGCI project going live.
You do not need to make any changes to your STA environment for the test maintenance scheduled for October 16, 2021. The STA service will resume operation as usual after that test maintenance is complete.
